60-Day Price Guarantee
60 Day Guarantee after purchase if competitor advertises for less. (Conditions and Terms of sale must be the same) If, within 60 days of your Muenchen's Furniture Home Furnishings purchase, you find the same merchandise advertised by a local dealer for less, we will gladly issue you the difference plus 10%. Verification is required. (See your sales consultant for details). 60 Day Price Guarantee does not apply to manufacturer's rebates/coupons, competitors going out of business sales, floor models, close-outs, as-is, or scratch and dent merchandise.
30-Day Mattress Guarantee
Muenchen's Furniture 30 Night Mattress Guarantee: To qualify for the one time reselection of another mattress set you must purchase a mattress protector. (The Mattress Protector is to be placed on the mattress and is not to be taken off; also mattress must be in original condition when returned). There will be a fee of 10% of the invoice price to cover handling, plus additional delivery fees may apply. Body impressions are normal and expected. Over a period of time, your mattress will begin to conform to your body to give support and comfort that your body needs. Follow manufacturer instructions which can be found in your warranty card to extend the life of your mattress.
Muenchen's Furniture 1-Year Guarantee
Muenchen's Furniture stands behind all of our products and will give you a one year service warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty includes a one time free service call if needed to repair and fix any manufacture defect. Charges will apply if a second service call is needed. This warranty excludes Televisions and all Mattresses due to the fact they carry their own manufacturer warranty. This guarantee does not include and cover delivery charges. Additional delivery fees will apply (pickups are free and welcome). Muenchen's Furniture does not warrant merchandise after being moved or if shipped out of local service area.
All special orders are sent directly to the manufacturer immediately to speed up production; due to that fact, special order merchandise cannot be canceled after 3 days from date of purchase. If you fail to take delivery of your special order purchase within 28 days after merchandise being received into our warehouse, your 25% deposit will be forfeited as a restocking charge. The 25% will be calculated based on merchandise only, excluding tax and delivery. Allow 8-12 weeks for special orders. We cannot be held responsible for any factory delays. In some cases the factory is out of stock, out of parts, fabric on back order, or closed due to holidays, etc. Merchandise that does not fit in your doorway, hallway, basement, or any room, etc. cannot be returned. Please take measurements before placing any order.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
An Exchange or Return must be accompanied by your receipt. Exchanges can be made for stock items only. Special order merchandise will be repaired by a professional technician with no exchanges and must be reported within 3 days. Returns must be within 7 days and merchandise in original condition, (NO Scratches, NO Nicks, NO Tears, NO Stains, ETC.). After that no merchandise can be returned. Extended warranties and delivery fees are not refundable. Refunds will be made by check unless paid by credit/debit or finance. Refunds are mailed from our main office. Please allow up to 10 days to receive. NO CASH REFUNDS!
Layaway Terms & Conditions
- There is NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT for using our Layaway Plan.
- A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases.
- We will hold your layaway for period of up to (6) months. Extended terms are available on larger purchases.
- We require a minimum ten percent (10%) monthly payment on all layaway purchases.
- NO REFUNDS are given if you cancel or fail to pay on any layaway purchase.
- Discounts and sales prices apply to our layaway program.
- Merchandise purchased using our layaway plan will not be placed on hold until your order is paid in full.
- If final payment on your layaway order is made by personal check, the layaway will be held until funds have cleared the issuing bank.
- Layaway payments can be mailed or dropped off at nearest location. We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Checks, Money Orders, or Cash - DON'T MAIL CASH.
Pricing and Other Errors
Prices shown for items on this website's product pages and in your shopping cart are for merchandise only. Sale prices are based on reductions from the individual list prices. Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees. While we strive for accuracy in the pricing displayed on this website and the other product information we provide, errors can occur. In cases where such errors do occur, Muenchens Furniture reserves the right not to honor pricing errors on this website, either in stores or when accepting an order online. In the case where an order placed online contains a pricing error, you will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payments that have been authorized for that order will immediately be reversed. Should you discover an error once your order is delivered, your sole recourse is to return your order in accordance with our return policy.
We don't believe we have the best delivery teams - WE KNOW IT! Our delivery teams are carefully selected among individuals that pride themselves on professionalism, enthusiasm, and are family oriented. Our delivery team will call you the day before your delivery with a 2 hour guaranteed time frame.

Delivery does not include:

We do not accept C.O.D. orders. All balance due orders must be paid in full before your delivery date can be scheduled. We do not deliver Pictures, Mirrors, Lamps, or Accessories. If you are not home when we arrive to make your scheduled delivery, please contact the store where you made your purchase to reschedule. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY APPLY.
Before arriving for your pickup please call the store where you made your purchase to schedule a date and time. Upon arrival to pick up your furniture please have your receipt ready and allow up to 20 minutes for us to pull your merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise and ensure that it is in satisfactory condition prior to loading into your vehicle. In some cases merchandise requires assembly; we can assemble for an additional charge. Muenchens Furniture cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs beyond that point. It is highly recommended you bring the following to ensure proper transportation of your merchandise: Blankets, Tie downs, and protective coverings. See store for pickup hours.
Clearance Center merchandise, as-is merchandise, floor samples, mattress protectors, linens, pillows, comforters, promotional and soiled beds CANNOT BE REFUNDED or reselected.
