At Muenchens Furniture it is our goal to simplify the pick-up and delivery process for our customers, so they receive their merchandise in a timely fashion. We offer delivery and set-up across the Cincinnati tri-state area, as well as to many states throughout the continental U.S. Rates for delivery vary by location, starting at $129.00. Available delivery dates are automatically generated based on the consumers address and are selected on a first come, first serve basis. When merchandise arrives at our main warehouse those clients whose orders are fully reserved will be contacted to select an available date in their area. At the time of date selection, only the day may be selected. Time frames are determined one day prior to delivery and are computer generated based on the locations of everyone included on the route. Once the route is finalized a member of our delivery and warehouse team will call each client with a two-hour time frame for their delivery day.
When selecting your delivery date, please ensure you, or a representative for you over the age of 18 will be available when the delivery team arrives to accept the delivery. If the team arrives at your home within the scheduled delivery time frame and no one is there, that is considered a no-show and a re-delivery fee of $129.00 will be incurred for a second delivery attempt. Delivery fee is nonrefundable.
Additionally, once scheduled, if for any reason a new delivery date needs to be selected Muenchens Furniture must be notified prior to 48 hours of your scheduled delivery to avoid any fees associated with rescheduling. Inside of 48 hours your delivery is already being pulled, prepped and loaded; therefore, cancellations or reschedules within the time frame will incur a rescheduling fee of $129.00.
The delivery team is unable to move or remove existing furniture. The room in which the new furniture will be going needs to be cleared and ready for the team to access. Prior to delivery please ensure your space is ready by clearing a pathway to the room where your new furniture will be going and move any existing furniture that may interfere with the delivery of your new items.
The delivery team does their absolute best to stay on schedule as planned to ensure all deliveries are successfully completed within their noted time frames. Unfortunately, there are times outside of our control including, but not limited to: severe weather conditions, blocked roadways, traffic accidents and acts of God, when the delivery team may be running behind schedule or cannot make a scheduled delivery. In the event that this occurs on your scheduled delivery day a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the situation and available next steps.
Orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery. No CODs are accepted.
Customers are welcome to pick-up their merchandise at our main warehouse located at: 5005 Cincinnati-Brookville Rd. Hamilton, OH 45013 during normal business hours. If you elect to pick your furniture you excuse Muenchens Furniture of any damage caused to your items that may occur during the pick-up process. Muenchens Furniture is not responsible for any damage done during loading, unloading and/or transporting your picked-up items. Additionally, Muenchens Furniture cannot assist in tying or securing your furniture. Please bring any necessary straps, blankets, bungees or materials you may need to secure your items. Pick-ups are completed on a first come, first serve basis and wait times may vary. A fee of $19.99 may be applied to pick-up orders.
