Great sales and delivery people. Marion Rockwell listened to our needs and wants and showed us the lift recliners. They were delivered today and we love them. She was knowledgeable about the product and showed us all the features. Delivery people placed them exactly where we wanted them and made sure we understood how to work the remotes. Keep up the good work.

First time shopping there and I bought a kitchen table w/bar stools. They offered delivery and assembly for $129. I decided to take it on myself. After bringing them home, I proceeded to damage two bar stools from my misreading the "instructions". I figured I would have to buy another pair of bar stools. I called the store and the asked what my options were. After a short hold, I was told I could bring the parts that were damaged back to the store and they would replace the broken pieces with new ones...FREE OF CHARGE! What a blessing. Thank you for your grace after MY screw-up. The kitchen table and stools are all assembled and look great! Very positive experience. Will definitely be back!

Great sales person. Took her time with us and was patient with us even when we changed our minds several times. Delivery people are employed by them. They went over and above what they should do. Bought our kitchen table from them over 30 years ago and we still use it. Hope our couches and love seat last that long. HIGHLY recommend them.

Typically when buying furniture, the shopping experience and customer service can be difficult at best but NOT with Muenchens. They are wonderful to deal with during the shopping experience and customer service. They do not pressure you and truly help you try to find the best fit for your family. We had a few scratches on the sofa that got delivered and they were going to fix those pieces with parts but instead ordered the entire backs of the sofa to ensure we were happy with our experience. They didn't skip a beat in offering to make sure the couch was to our liking. I highly recommend shopping for your furniture here.

Marion was the only sales associate who took the time to understand what I was looking for, and she was able to order exactly what I had been seeking, and in the colors and shades I had only hoped might be available! I was given an esteem for delivery, and was kept apprised of progress along the way. Jeff was also able to accommodate my need to reposition existing furniture at the time of delivery. Marion, Jeff, and their other associates are the most helpful and the friendliest folks you want to meet.

What a great "gem". I do not even go anyplace else anymore as Muenchens' is number 1 Florida me. If they do not have it on the floor, they will work with you to get exactly what you need or want. I have shopped there for forty years and they just get better and better. I love everything I have bought from them.I had a handle for a drawer on my nightstand break. I went wall over town looking at hardware stores fora a replacement handle with no luck at all. Finally I decided to stop in at the store.They went in the back and a few minutes later came back with the handle customer service will keep me c9ming back again and again.Once again I am a very happy customer!

Great family owned company. Wonderful customer service that is not high pressure. We ordered a recliner and side table and very happy with the quality. The delivery men were great. When they delivered the recliner and table that we purchased, they saw that my current love seat back was tilted and out of line. They went behind it, tilt it, and snapped it into place to fixed it for me. I did not even ask them to do that. That was above and beyond customer service! By the way we were very happy with prior purchases. We drove for almost an hour just to shop at Muenchens as we live on the east side of Cincinnati. We know we can always find what we want.

We purchased a cocktail table several months ago, the lifting mechanism came unscrewed from the cabinet. We called for warranty work, the warranty company said it was our abuse. I called and spoke with Jeff R and he looked at the floor sample and said he could fix it for us. He came out the next day and fixed it. Their customer service has won me over. We will be back to buy furniture when we need it. Thanks for being so great at customer service.
